People4People of Western Mass operates as a 501(c)(3) public charity and social welfare orginization working closely with People4People Advocacy, a 501(c)(4) social‑welfare organization. The charitable arm delivers direct services, community‑development programs, and education, while the 501(c)(4) arm drives legislative lobbying and policy reform for systemic change.
